Ultrasound imaging becomes more and more popular in the world of physiotherapy. Why do physiotherapists need diagnostic ultrasound? Definitely NOT for replacing your veterinarian! During ultrasound imaging I can see how injuries and tissues behave e.g. during the therapy and if I find something worrying I can immediately contact the veterinarian. The more I see the more I know!
